3-D Life AgaFloat prevents cells from sinking to the bottom
of the culture dish when setting up slow gelling hydrogels.

Why using Agafloat?

Some 3D cell culture applications require time during hydrogel setup, for example for

• filling microchannels,

• filling multiwell plates,

• or any other setup which takes time.

The advantages of slow gelling hydrogels (e.g. 3-D Life SG Hydrogels or HA Hydrogels) can be maximized with AgaFloat by keeping cells evenly distributed throughout the gel.
