3-D Life Dextran-CD hydrogel modified with RGD Peptide was used to quantitatively evaluate amoeboid versus mesenchymal cell migration of glioma cells. The work shows how 3-D Life Hydrogel, in contrast to 2D culture, supports drug evaluation aiming at the efficient inhibition of both, amoeboid and mesenchymal cell migration in 3D culture.Publications
