Spheroids of melanoma cells were injected and grown in 3-D Life Hydrogels supplemented with fibronectin. Hydrogels contained either cell-degradable CD-Link or non-degradable PEG-Link. Different stiffnesses of hydrogels were produced and determined by rheological measurements. Spheroid outgrowth was monitored in the presence of different concentrations of the drug dabrafenib, which is an inhibitor of proliferation of metastatic melanoma. Publications
