Results show that 3-D Life Hydrogel does not contribute to light scattering when illuminated with a collimated laser beam (488 nm wavelength; 1.2 diameter; 10 s). It thus would be suitable for 3D-light-scattering biosensing, a method applied in this publication.Publications
